How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from inside the Viri app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, training history, chat messages, and any other personal data we hold for you. This action cannot be undone.

If you’ve lost access to your account and can’t sign in to delete it yourself, email support@viri.fit and we’ll help.

How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by Apple. To cancel or request a refund, follow Apple’s process:

We can’t issue Apple-billed refunds directly, but if something went wrong on our end let us know at support@viri.fit and we’ll make it right where we can.

I have a question about my privacy or data.

Is Viri medical advice?
